Somatic Restoration & Integration

Through gentle, restorative practices, you are guided to reconnect with your body and cultivate mind-body awareness. Here, you can learn to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and nurture resilience that supports you through life’s challenges.

Cycle-Informed Care

In my practice, I offer cycle-informed care as a gentle invitation to honor and celebrate your natural rhythms. This approach empowers you to embrace your cycles, fostering self-awareness, balance, and holistic well-being. By working in harmony with your body, you are supported in deepening your connection to yourself and cultivating a sense of wholeness and acceptance.

Modalities

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a gentle, insightful approach that helps you explore your inner landscape. Through parts work, you are guided to recognize and understand the different aspects of yourself—each with its own voice and needs. This process nurtures your inner child, supports healing of past wounds, and empowers you to reclaim your sense of sovereignty. Clients often find greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of wholeness through IFS.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and reshaping unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. As a counsellor informed in CBT techniques, I guide you in recognizing patterns that may be holding you back and support you in developing practical tools for change. Clients benefit from increased clarity, improved coping skills, and strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy invites you to examine and rewrite your personal story. By exploring the narratives you hold about yourself and your life, you are empowered to shift perspectives, release limiting beliefs, and embrace new possibilities. Clients often discover greater meaning, a sense of agency, and the ability to create a more empowering and authentic life story.

Reparenting Tools & Trauma-Informed Practices

Reparenting tools offer a compassionate pathway to nurture yourself in ways you may have needed in the past. Trauma-informed practices ensure that your experiences are honored and approached with sensitivity and care. Together, these methods help you cultivate self-compassion, transform limiting beliefs, and build resilience. Clients can expect to develop healthier self-talk, greater self-acceptance, and practical strategies for emotional well-being.

Having walked the path of single motherhood myself, I understand both the joys and the unique challenges it brings. Here, you will find a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are honored. You can expect guidance in navigating the complexities of solo parenting, emotional support for managing stress and overwhelm, and practical tools for building resilience and self-care. Together, we will foster confidence, reconnect with your sense of self, and cultivate sovereignty & empowerment.

Chronic Pain Support

If you live with chronic pain, know that you are not alone. My approach integrates somatic and psychological strategies to address both the physical and emotional aspects of pain. You are offered a holistic, compassionate process that includes body-based techniques for pain management, exploration of the mind-body connection, and support in developing coping skills. The intention is to help you reclaim vitality, reduce suffering, and restore a sense of agency in your life.
